Running a ticket business means a sale can land at any time. Until now, that meant being on hand to send the ticket. With pre-upload, you add the ticket when you create the listing, and when it sells, Connect delivers it to your buyer for you.

How it works

1. Upload when you list. Add the PDF or ticket link while you're creating the listing.
2. The order comes in. Your listing sells on a supported marketplace.
3. Delivered for you. Connect sends the ticket to your buyer.

What you can upload

• PDF tickets: one PDF per ticket, up to 25 MB. Add one entry for each ticket you have available, and they're sent in the order you add them.
• Ticket links: one Android or iOS link per ticket.

Pre-upload works for PDF and link tickets. Other ticket types are delivered the way they are today.

Where it works

Pre-upload works on supported marketplaces. Connect shows you which ones when you set it up.

Pre-upload works automatically on every supported marketplace your listing is on, so there's nothing to pick. If one of them doesn't support your ticket type, Connect tells you when you set it up, and what to do.

You stay in control

You choose which listings use pre-upload. Your marketplace accounts, your prices and your buyers stay yours. Connect simply takes the delivery off your to-do list.

How to switch it on

When you create a listing, select the auto fulfil option in the listing, add your PDFs or links, and you're done.
